About the Organization

The VAMNICOM, Pune is a National level apex Co-operative Management Institute under Ministry of Cooperation, Government of India. About the Programme

Centre for Management Education (CME) offers a two-year Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) programme since 1993. The PGDM has been recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Government of India and recognized by Association of Indian Universities as equivalent to M.B.A. degree and is an NBA accreditated programme. The centre seeks to mould its young students who come from different academic backgrounds and with diverse skills into competent professionals of tomorrow. The students learn to combine the use of technical skills with the understanding of the socio-cultural system to emerge as leaders in their fields and make significant contribution through management in all sectors of the society.VAMNICOM’s Centre for Management Education has been offering a two-year Post Graduate Diploma in Management – Agri Business & Management [PGDM-ABM] programme from the year 1993. The centre seeks to mould its young students who come from different academic backgrounds and with diverse skills in to competent professionals of tomorrow. Considering the ever growing requirement for Professional Managers in the field of Agri Business, the PGDM (ABM) programme has been structured with specialization in Agri Business Management (ABM).

The programme is approved by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) and accorded MBA degree equivalence status degree by Association of Indian Universities (AIU). The National Board of Accreditation (NBA) has granted NBA Accreditation to Post Graduate Diploma in Management Agri-Business & Management programme of VAMNICOM, Pune for a period of 1.7.2022 to 30.6.2023 and 1.7.2024 to 31.3.2025.

Eligibility

• Any graduate from a recognized University, with minimum education of 15 years (10+2+3) full-time with atleast 50% marks for the General / OBC (non creamy)/EWS candidates and 45% marks for SC / ST candidates in Graduation.
• Latest Valid test scores of any one of the Na!onal level Tests - CAT / XAT /CMAT at the time of application (GMAT / GRE for foreign national candidates. These guidelines may get modified / subject to be modified depending upon AICTE guidelines  from time to time.
• The percentage obtained by the candidate in the Bachelor's Degree would be based on the practice followed by the University / institution from which the candidate obtained the degree.
• Applicants who have appeared for bachelor's degree examinations and awaiting results may also apply subject to fulfillment of conditions by 14/08/2024.
• Reservation of seats for OBC (Non Creamy) SC / ST / Physically Disability persons/ Wards of Kashmiri migrants and Kashmiri Pandit/Kashmiri Hindu families (Non-migrants) living in Kashmir Valley as per Govt. of India rules
